Lower Mill Estate Homeowners Association
As a homeowner at Lower Mill Estate, you have bought a home in a beautiful location with a thriving community. Our association will help you make the most of that community.
The LMEHA represents the interests of homeowners at LME. We bring owners together for fun and frivolity while working together to enhance and preserve the value of our mutual investments.
We arrange a varied programme of activities and clubs throughout the year, ranging from informal get-togethers and BBQs to major fundraising events for all the family. We’d love you to join so you can meet and get to know your neighbours in a fun environment.
In addition, our committee liaises with the landlord and managing agents to try to ensure that the estate runs efficiently and effectively in accordance with owners’ wishes. Members have access to a private members’ zone with committee minutes and service charge information.
We keep in touch with you via email, a regular newsletter, the annual general meeting, Facebook and WhatsApp. Please send in photos, activity suggestions and stories of your own experiences of the estate.

Part of Habitat First Group (HFG), the estate’s landlord owns the overall estate and provides services to homeowners, via HML Anderson, the estate management company
